A leading 3PL firm is seeking a Logistics Operations Manager to oversee daily logistics activities and ensure client KPIs and project targets are consistently met. The role includes preparing internal/external reports, managing P&L, and optimizing processes using WMS and related systems. The ideal candidate will coordinate order cycles, lead team resourcing, liaise with customers and suppliers, and drive service development. Strong focus on compliance, safety, and continuous improvements within regulatory frameworks is essential.

Responsibilities :

• Manage daily logistics operations to meet KPIs set by customers and project requirements.
• Prepare internal and external reports; oversee project P&L to support financial targets and decisions.
• Coordinate order cycles and evaluate performance using WMS and other logistics systems to plan improvements.
• Allocate staff resources based on evolving project demands and supervise team performance.
• Liaise and negotiate with customers and suppliers while supporting logistics service development.
• Implement safety and security initiatives; lead continuous operational improvements within regulatory and environmental constraints. Also includes project planning and other tasks as assigned by company management.
