Job Description As Assistant (m/f/d) to the Top Management, you ensure a smooth organization of all administrative tasks around the Top Management. You organize and coordinate all arising requests and jobs in order to take some of the load off the Top Management as well as to reach the targets. You represent the Top Management internally and externally with your helpful and friendly personality. In detail, you will: Assist the Top Management with schedule coordination, travel arrangement, etc.; Coordinate business trips including the handling of travel expenses; Handle internal and external correspondence according to notes and drafts in German, English and Japanese; Organize meetings, conferences or other events; Prepare presentations, statistics and other documentation by usage of different presentation programs (MS Office); Take over administrative tasks for the Top Management e.g. meeting room preparation, handling of incoming and outgoing mail; Take care of important customers and visitors; Prepare general and technical translations (German/English/Japanese); Plan and organize meetings on regular basis, incl. writing, distributing and archiving meeting minutes.
