Job Description:

• MAINTENANCE EXECUTION & SUPPORTAssist in planning and performing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance for E&I equipment.Respond to breakdowns and troubleshoot electrical/instrumentation faults in a timely manner.Support root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• EQUIPMENT MONITORING & CALIBRATIONAssist in the calibration and testing of field instruments, transmitters, analyzers, sensors, and control valves.Monitor performance of MCCs, transformers, motors, control panels, PLCs, and DCS systems.
• COMPLIANCE & SAFETYEnsure all work is carried out in compliance with EHS standards and plant safety regulations.Participate in risk assessments and work permit processes
• DOCUMENTATION & REPORTINGMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities, calibration certificates, and equipment history.Update maintenance logs, schedules, and reports using CMMS
• PROJECT & IMPROVEMENT SUPPORTSupport installation and commissioning of new E&I systems or equipment upgrades.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to energy efficiency, reliability, or automation.
• COORDINATION & TEAMWORKCoordinate with vendors, contractors, and other engineering disciplines during maintenance or project activities.Provide support to production and operations teams during equipment troubleshooting and shutdowns.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years in E&I maintenance in a process or chemical plant preferred.
