DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Maintenance Manager to work alongside our existing Maintenance Manager whilst overseeing all aspects of maintenance within our esteemed establishment.
The Assistant Maintenance Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our facilities remain safe, functional, and appealing for our guests. This position requires a proactive approach to facility management, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and the implementation of safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance operations within the hospitality industry, with exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
Collaboration with various departments is essential, as the Assistant Maintenance Manager will work closely with the housekeeping team, front desk, and other staff to address any urgent maintenance issues that may arise.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities to manage a diverse team.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues quickly and efficiently.
• Strong communication skills to interact with staff and guests professionally.
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management related to maintenance operations.
• Flexibility to respond to emergencies and urgent maintenance requests outside of standard working hours.
