Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

Reporting to our Area Facilities and Asset Manager, the Assistant Maintenance Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the Maintenance Department at Crystalbrook Riley. This position is crucial in maintaining our high standards of presentation and operational efficiency, ensuring that all facilities are in optimal condition for both guests and colleagues.
The role is responsible for the daily activity of the team - including scheduling and prioritising activity based on operational demands. Team leadership and quality assurance along with budget management and preventative maintenance planning are all part of this varied and interesting opportunity.
