Responsibilities

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A ASSISTANT MAINTENANCE MANAGER?

You are responsible for everything related to maintenance and technical issues inside and outside the hotel. You are the go-to person for all technical and maintenance matters. This means you must be able to assist to, set priorities, create maintenance schedules, and coordinate tasks. With your technical knowledge, it’s no problem for you to troubleshoot malfunctions and perform (simple) repairs on equipment, installations, facilities, plumbing, and lighting. One day you’ll be carrying out inspections and preventive maintenance in the hotel suites and the building, and the next day you’ll be busy coordinating various technical activities with both headquarters and external partners and suppliers. Because you are a true specialist who knows the trade well, you can perform the role of Assistant Maintenance Manager independently.
Have you worked in a team before? Then you will enjoy sharing your knowledge, insights, and experience with your colleagues.

A role as Assistant Maintenance Manager within the two strong IHG brands comes with a fitting package of employment benefits:

  • Market-based salary, 25 vacation days, and travel allowance;
  • Referral bonus for bringing in new colleagues;
  • Employee discount at more than 6,600 hotels worldwide;
  • Employment through Borealis Hotel Group (one of the franchise partners of IHG Hotels & Resorts)
