Description Job Title: Assistant Maintenance Technician/Custodian Company: Bethany Community Services, Inc. Location: Haverhill, MA Bethany Community Services, Inc. is a dedicated non-profit organization providing housing and supportive services to seniors in Haverhill, MA, and surrounding communities. We are currently seeking an Assistant Maintenance Technician/Custodian to support our downtown properties for the summer. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure the sanitization and basic upkeep of the property, including buildings, facilities, and grounds. - Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents and visitors. - Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner with supervision from Maintenance Technician. - Collaborate with the maintenance team to address any property-related issues. -Perform regular trash removal and recycling from residential and commercial properties. Qualifications: - Previous experience in maintenance or custodial work preferred not required. - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. - Good communication skills and a positive attitude. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
