From daily service requests to preventive upkeep, you’ll support the maintenance team in delivering fast, reliable, and high-quality work for our residents. Many of our Lead Technicians and Maintenance Supervisors began in this role—and grew with us. What You’ll Do Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner Assist with apartment turns, repairs, and unit inspections Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues Help maintain community grounds, amenities, and common areas Work with vendors and maintenance team to complete larger projects Ensure all work complies with safety guidelines and company standards Maintain tools, equipment, and supply inventory Communicate clearly with residents and team members to ensure satisfaction What You’ll Need to Succeed Required: Basic knowledge of apartment maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances) Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and in a team Availability to work Saturdays (closed Sundays) and participate in on-call rotation as needed Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Preferred: Previous experience in apartment, facilities, or building maintenance HVAC certification or EPA license (a plus, not required) Bilingual abilities What You’ll Get CAF offers one of the most competitive benefits packages in the industry—because we believe when we take care of you, you can take care of everything else.
