Job Title: Assistant Management Accountant Location: London (Liverpool Street) and Hybrid Permanent: 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday Salary: £32,400 to £34,000 depending on experience We are recruiting an Assistant Management Accountant to join our very supportive and friendly team in HCA UK Primary Care. You do not have to be qualified but you may be working towards a relevant qualification. You will investigate and answer routine queries arising from Management and other Finance staff as well as external bodies (including the Inland Revenue, suppliers and others). Ideally you will have a good working knowledge of Excel and are familiar will formula's and look-ups. You will be joining a long-standing committed team and the reason for the vacancy is that the person leaving this role is progressing in their career with HCA UK. Duties & Responsibilities Prepayments; ensuring all discrepancies are explained, managing and reconciling the prepayments account, monthly analysis and journal preparation Raising invoice requests Responding to client queries in a prompt and efficient manner Working with clients to ensure our invoicing procedures suit them, and when required look into new invoicing methods for them. Performing other ad hoc tasks as directed by Management Accountant What you’ll bring: Previous experience in a similar role Experience of Pivot Tables would be useful Ability to work as part of a team Excellent communication skills to speak to our clients Proactive nature Why HCA UK?
