About the Role To assist the Finance Business Partner with providing quality MI. To work with the central transactional finance team to assist with producing the management accounts from journal stage to monthly packs and detailed forecasting and budgeting. Supporting monthly financial reviews, including discussions with Department Heads on results, forecasts, and performance. Assisting with annual budgets, monthly reforecasts, Business Review packs, and European Group Finance reporting. Managing core financial operations such as month‑end journals, balance sheet reconciliations, event settlements, VAT/FEU/PRS returns, and ad‑hoc reconciliations. We are looking for someone with: A finance qualification (AAT/Finance degree) or equivalent hands‑on experience. Strong Excel capability, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation. Excellent planning, organisation, and time‑management skills to handle varied workloads. The resilience to work effectively under pressure, adapting proactively and reactively as needed. Confident interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills to collaborate across the business.
