This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, where you will be responsible for supporting the Assistant Management Team with daily administrative tasks and long-term projects. Your excellent time management skills and ability to multitask will be crucial in managing large volumes of data. Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As an Assistant Management Support professional, your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth operations within the Investment Banking Division. You will be tasked with supporting the Assistant Management Team, handling both daily administrative tasks and longer-term projects. Your role will involve managing large volumes of data, requiring excellent time management skills and proficiency in Excel. You will also have the opportunity to liaise with all levels of management and professionals within the division, fostering relationships with business partners across various departments. Your ability to anticipate problems and resolve issues independently, using sound judgment in line with firm policies, will be key to your success.

  • Supporting the Assistant Management Team with daily administrative tasks and long-term projects
  • Managing large volumes of data efficiently and accurately
  • Liaising with all levels of management and professionals within the division
  • Building relationships with business partners across various departments
  • Anticipating problems and resolving issues independently using sound judgment in line with firm policies
  • Assisting with submitting Event and Conference proposals for Assistant Events
  • Diary management for two Executive Directors
