Job Description Domino's Pizza in Louisville, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at our 6803 Southside Dr. location. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures Manage and motivate team members to achieve performance goals Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company policies Assist in inventory management and supply ordering Participate in staff training and development initiatives Monitor and maintain cash handling procedures and financial records Collaborate with the store manager to implement marketing strategies and promotions Maintain a clean and organized work environment Assist in various operational tasks such as answering phones, taking orders, and food preparation when needed Qualifications Proven leadership experience in food service or retail management (preferred) Strong math and problem-solving skills Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Proficiency in cash handling and basic financial management Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Effective communication and team management abilities Physical capability to lift up to 25 pounds Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge of food service industry practices and standards (preferred) Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications Demonstrated ability to make quick, sound decisions in high-pressure situations Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to lead by example Additional Information What are we looking for?
