Manage and oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service Lead, motivate, and mentor team members to foster a positive and collaborative work environment Create and manage employee schedules, balancing staffing needs with business demands Handle cash transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure proper cash management procedures are followed Provide top-notch customer service and promptly resolve any issues or concerns Assist in inventory management, including stock ordering and tracking Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high hygiene standards Participate in hands-on tasks such as answering phones, taking orders, and food preparation when needed Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment Collaborate with upper management to implement company policies and achieve store goals Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance store efficiency and customer satisfaction Qualifications Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced food service or retail environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and interact with customers Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills Proficiency in basic math and cash handling Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work environment Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems and other store technology Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus Food safety certification preferred (e.g., ServSafe) Knowledge of local food safety regulations and best practices Familiarity with inventory management systems Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods Positive attitude and ability to maintain composure under pressure Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed targets Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
