Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our High Ridge, United States location. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading our team to success. Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient workflow Manage and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards Run shifts, including opening and closing procedures Handle customer interactions and resolve issues promptly and professionally Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records Assist in inventory management and supply ordering Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies Participate in employee training and development initiatives Collaborate with the General Manager to implement strategies for improving store performance Maintain a clean and organized work environment Answer phones and process customer orders accurately Assist in various operational tasks as needed, including food preparation and delivery coordination Qualifications Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced food service environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent customer service orientation Proficiency in math and problem-solving Ability to manage and motivate team members effectively Solid understanding of food safety principles and practices Exceptional multitasking and time management abilities Proficiency in cash handling and basic financial management Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Food handling certification preferred High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education is a plus Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
