Job Description Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager at our Domino's Pizza location in Galesburg, United States! We're looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented leader to help drive our success and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Lead and motivate a team of employees, ensuring high-quality service and product standards Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and cost control Train and develop team members to meet performance goals and maintain a positive work environment Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally Assist in implementing marketing strategies and promotional activities Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve store targets and improve overall performance Maintain a clean and organized work environment Participate in hands-on operations as needed, including food preparation and delivery Qualifications Proven leadership experience with a desire to guide and develop others Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Basic computer skills for managing inventory and scheduling systems Valid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience if under {AGE}, or 1 year if {AGE} or older Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check Reliable vehicle with proof of auto insurance Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Previous experience in food service or retail management (preferred) Additional Information BENEFITS Flexible scheduling -- full & part-time positions available Competitive wages 1 week of PTO Paid mileage Employee discount on all food items Advancement opportunities Paid training program Opportunity to become a Domino’s Franchisee!
