Job Description Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager at our Domino's Pizza location in Pontiac, United States. We're seeking an energetic and customer-focused individual to help lead our store operations and drive success. Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning during shifts Manage and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly Assist in inventory management and supply ordering Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards Participate in hands-on tasks such as food preparation, order taking, and cleaning Support the store manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals Train and develop new team members Maintain a clean and organized work environment Qualifications Previous experience in food service or retail management preferred Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly and positive attitude Proficiency in math and problem-solving Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Effective communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends High school diploma or equivalent Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain) Additional Information $15-$17 an hour All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
