Job Description Domino's Pizza in Diamond, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our 2255 E Division St location. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our store operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Efficiently manage and oversee daily store operations during assigned shifts Lead and motivate team members to maintain high standards of customer service Handle cash transactions and manage financial aspects of store operations Interact professionally with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues Answer phone calls and process customer orders accurately Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with the store manager to implement company policies and procedures Train and mentor new team members on store operations and customer service standards Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality control measures Contribute to achieving store performance goals and targets Qualifications Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage team members Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly and positive attitude Proficiency in basic math and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume setting Physical capability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems and other store technology Time management and organizational skills to ensure efficient store operations Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Previous experience in the pizza industry or food service (a plus) Job Category Org: Store Assistant Manager
