Job Description Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our 3988 Maryvile Rd location in Granite City, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading our team to success. Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures Manage and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards Run shifts efficiently, ensuring timely order preparation and delivery Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally Assist in training and developing new team members Manage cash handling and financial transactions accurately Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards Collaborate with the store manager to implement company policies and procedures Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies Contribute to achieving store sales targets and improving overall performance Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members Strong math and problem-solving abilities for effective decision-making Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor Experience in running shifts in a food service or retail environment (preferred) Proficiency in cash handling and basic financial management Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Basic computer skills for managing orders and inventory systems Knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations High school diploma or equivalent Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
