Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and organized Assistant Manager to join our team at our location in Salem, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the store manager in daily operations, team leadership, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and maintaining store standards Lead, motivate, and train team members to deliver outstanding customer service Manage staff scheduling and ensure appropriate coverage during all shifts Handle cash transactions, deposits, and financial reporting accurately Oversee inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and conducting regular counts Resolve customer complaints and address concerns promptly and professionally Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations Assist in meeting sales goals and implementing promotional activities Step in for the store manager in their absence, making key decisions as needed Qualifications Proven experience in retail or service industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating positive customer experiences Proficiency in cash handling, financial management, and inventory control Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet Proficient in using POS systems and Microsoft Office suite Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred Knowledge of retail operations, customer service best practices, and sales techniques Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
