Job Description Domino's Pizza in Champaign, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our 1301 N Prospect Ave location. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading our team to success. Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures Manage and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards Run shifts efficiently, ensuring timely food preparation and delivery Handle cash management and financial transactions accurately Interact professionally with customers to resolve issues and enhance satisfaction Assist in training and developing new team members Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards Maintain a clean and organized work environment Answer phones and process customer orders promptly Collaborate with the store manager to achieve sales targets and operational goals Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Contribute to inventory management and stock control Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar fast-paced environment Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor Solid math and problem-solving abilities for effective cash handling and decision-making Proficiency in running shifts and managing store operations Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Physical capability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Demonstrated time management and multitasking abilities Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory management Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Detail-oriented with a focus on efficiency and organization Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed targets Adaptability and flexibility in handling changing priorities High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Additional Information What are we looking for?
