Job Description Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our 1900 North Belt East location in Belleville, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a team of employees to success. Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures Manage and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards Run shifts efficiently, ensuring timely food preparation and delivery Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records Assist in inventory management and supply ordering Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies Train and develop new team members Maintain a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with the store manager to implement strategies for improving sales and customer satisfaction Assist in scheduling and payroll management Respond to and resolve operational issues as they arise Qualifications Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Effective communication skills, both verbal and written Detail-oriented with a focus on operational efficiency Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
