Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team at our Cahokia, United States location (1302 Camp Jackson Rd). As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting our team members. Oversee and manage daily store operations during assigned shifts Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive work environment Interact professionally with customers and employees, ensuring high levels of satisfaction Handle cash management and financial transactions accurately Answer phone calls and take customer orders efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work environment Assist with inventory management and stock control Implement and uphold company policies and procedures Collaborate with the management team to achieve store goals and objectives Resolve customer complaints and address employee concerns promptly Participate in employee training and development initiatives Perform other duties as assigned by upper management Qualifications Proven experience in retail or food service management, preferably in an assistant manager role Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor Proficiency in math and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in business or related field preferred Positive attitude and ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations Job Category Org: Store Assistant Manager
