Job Description Join our dynamic team at Domino's Pizza in Greenville, United States, as an Assistant Manager! We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to help lead our store operations and drive success. Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of shifts Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive customer relationships Manage and motivate team members to achieve performance goals Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records Assist in inventory management and supply ordering Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards Answer phone calls and process customer orders efficiently Participate in store cleaning and maintenance tasks Assist in training and developing new team members Support the store manager in implementing company policies and procedures Lift and move items weighing up to 25 pounds as needed Qualifications Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Demonstrated proficiency in basic math and cash handling Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume setting Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds Positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering great customer experiences Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Job Category Org: Store Assistant Manager
