Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team in Highland, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store and delivering exceptional customer service. Efficiently manage and oversee daily store operations during assigned shifts Lead and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards Handle financial transactions and manage cash flow accurately Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Assist in training and developing new team members Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and food safety regulations Maintain a clean and organized work environment Process customer orders via phone and in-person with accuracy and efficiency Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies for improving store performance Assist in inventory management and supply ordering as needed Qualifications Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills Proficiency in basic math and cash handling Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume setting Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business management is a plus Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines consistently Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
