Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and organized Assistant Manager to join our team at 135 N Madison Rd, Orange, Va 22960 As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the store manager in daily operations, team leadership, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and achieving sales targets Lead, motivate, and train team members to maintain high performance standards Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and organizing stock Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards Assist in creating schedules Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization Enforce company policies and procedures Participate in loss prevention efforts and maintain store security Analyze sales data and contribute to strategies for improving store performance Qualifications Proven experience in retail or customer service, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating positive customer experiences Proficient in basic computer applications, including MS Office and POS systems Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic understanding of financial management and inventory control High school diploma or equivalent required Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Job Category Org: Store Assistant Manager
