Job Description Starting wage is $15-20/hr depending on experience We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at our location in Princeton, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction in our fast-paced food service environment. Assist in managing daily store operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management Ensure high standards of food quality, preparation, and safety are maintained Oversee and participate in customer order processing, both in-person and over the phone Train and supervise team members on proper equipment operation and store procedures Manage inventory levels, including receiving deliveries and stocking items Maintain a clean and organized work environment Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally Assist in implementing and maintaining company policies and procedures Support the store manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals Perform administrative tasks such as record-keeping and reporting Qualifications Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Proficiency in operating point-of-sale systems and other relevant equipment Basic math skills for inventory management and cash handling Ability to read maps and navigate delivery areas efficiently Knowledge of food preparation and safety standards Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and navigate stairs Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Job Category Org: Store Assistant Manager
