Job Description Starting wage is $15-20/hr depending on experience We are seeking an energetic and skilled Assistant Manager to join our team at our location in Cambridge, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, supporting staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction in our fast-paced food service environment. Assist in managing daily store operations, including staff supervision and customer service Oversee food preparation, quality control, and inventory management Operate and maintain all store equipment Process customer orders via phone and in-person, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Handle cash transactions and maintain financial records Coordinate deliveries and manage stock levels Implement and maintain cleanliness and food safety standards Train and mentor team members on proper procedures and customer service techniques Resolve customer complaints and address any operational issues Support the store manager in achieving sales targets and improving overall performance Adapt to changing priorities and assist in various tasks as ne Qualifications Proven experience in food service or retail management Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Proficiency in operating food service equipment and POS systems Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately Computer literacy for order processing and inventory management Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and navigate stairs Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Efficient time management and organizational skills Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends Food safety certification preferred High school diploma or equivalent required
