This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and Customer relations. You must set the example. Advancement: Once you enter into management you are quickly on your way to learning the skills necessary to be General Manager of a store.With proper experience our Assistants earn $21 to $26 per hour including sick pay and health care. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance based bonuses! Our company prides itself on promoting from within! What does that mean?
