Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at our location in Scott Afb, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Oversee daily store operations and manage shifts efficiently Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries or concerns Supervise and motivate team members to achieve store goals and maintain high performance standards Manage cash handling and financial transactions accurately Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and quality standards Assist in inventory management and supply ordering Contribute to a positive work environment and foster team collaboration Participate in employee training and development initiatives Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and reporting Maintain a clean and organized store environment Qualifications Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food service or retail industry Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor Solid understanding of store operations and cash management procedures Proficiency in basic math and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods Basic computer skills for scheduling, reporting, and other administrative tasks Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to make quick, sound decisions in a dynamic work environment High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Food safety certification (preferred) Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
