Job Description Starting wage is $15-20/hr depending on experience Domino's Pizza in New Prague, United States, is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at 106 E Main St. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting the development of our team members. Lead and motivate team members to maintain high standards of food quality and customer service Manage daily shift operations, including opening and closing procedures Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies Assist in training and developing team members to meet performance goals Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally Oversee food preparation, including making pizzas and other menu items Manage inventory, place orders, and process invoices for food and supplies Support the General Manager in achieving store performance targets Maintain a clean and organized work environment Assist in scheduling and payroll management Implement and support marketing initiatives and promotions Qualifications Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced food service or retail environment Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and solve problems efficiently Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Outstanding attendance record and punctuality Proficiency in basic math and cash handling Experience in food preparation and knowledge of food safety practices Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume setting Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds High school diploma or equivalent (required) Previous experience in pizza-making is a plus Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
