Lead and supervise shift operations, ensuring all team members are engaged, motivated, and performing at their best Manage cash handling, financial transactions, and money reconciliation with accuracy and transparency Interact professionally and empathetically with customers, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction Train, coach, and develop team members, providing constructive feedback and fostering their growth Answer phones, take orders, and handle customer inquiries with a friendly and efficient approach Maintain store cleanliness and organization, setting the standard for operational excellence Make decisive, analytical decisions to solve problems and optimize daily operations Manage inventory, supplies, and resources to support smooth store functioning Communicate clearly with upper management regarding performance metrics, challenges, and opportunities Lift and move items up to 25 pounds as part of regular operational duties Demonstrate a detail-oriented approach to all tasks while maintaining flexibility in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Proven leadership and team management experience with the ability to motivate and develop employees Strong math and problem-solving skills with demonstrated money management capabilities Excellent customer service skills with a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly Friendly, professional demeanor with a positive attitude and genuine smile Reliable, responsible, and diligent work ethic with strong organizational skills Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment Conflict resolution and interpersonal skills that promote collaboration and inclusivity Physical capability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods Analytical mindset with the ability to assess situations and make sound decisions Experience in retail, food service, or hospitality operations (preferred) Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in handling changing priorities and challenges High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
