  Are you an experienced hospitality professional looking for your next challenge? We’re on the hunt for a talented Assistant Manager to join our fantastic team at a charming Suffolk coastal pub.
  As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our bustling pub. You’ll work closely with the Pub Manager and the wider team to maintain exceptional service standards, drive business growth, and create a welcoming atmosphere for both customers and staff.
  You must have previous experience in a supervisory or management role in a similar hospitality setting - preferably within the pub or restaurant industry and you should be comfortable managing and motivating a team, setting clear expectations, and providing guidance.
