Key Skills: • Demonstrates a friendly demeanor. • Organized and efficient in time management. • Works well with others and is able to work well under the stress of a high-paced environment. Essential Job Functions AM’s are at all different levels, at the minimum these are the requirements: • Possessing the ability to train and develop a team. • Making sure employees on their shift come to their schedules, placing store food orders/maintaining inventory. • Ensuring exceptional product quality above all. • Responding promptly to customer concerns. • Maintaining the proper image of all store employees. • Adhering to all Team Sharma Domino’s Policies, included but not limited to the Team Sharma App usage 100%. • Ensuring all store calls must be answered after the first ring.
