Job Description Represent foodpanda as an ambassador and serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of partner accounts, building long-term trusted advisor relationships. Own account performance end-to-end, including onboarding, activation, retention, and ongoing growth across your portfolio. Identify and secure new partnerships across the country to expand the partner base. Drive revenue and portfolio growth by activating relevant services and initiatives (ad sales, promotions, online marketing packages, etc.). Manage escalations and resolve high-severity partner requests by coordinating with internal stakeholders when required. Monitor, forecast, and report account performance using key commercial and operational metrics (sales results, product mix, marketing campaign performance, and other relevant KPIs). Ensure timely and effective delivery of solutions aligned with partner needs, objectives, and operational requirements. Liaise with internal teams and service providers to collect requirements, align execution, and ensure partner needs are met end-to-end Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in a related subject At least 3-4 years solid experience in operational sales or account management role in FMCG, E- commerce Possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on partners’ needs Detail-oriented with proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time Experience in grocery business is a plus Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization Can work under pressure; Assertive, hands-on, dynamic and with a strong drive. Ability to analyze and draw inference from data Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on partners’ needs Knowledge in MS office and G Suite Knowledge in the use of Salesforce preferred Self-motivated and get-it-done attitude.
