Job Description What's on your plate? 1. Compliance Tax : Act as the primary point of contact for tax consultants; prepare, review, and validate all financial data provided for tax filings (VAT, Corporate Tax, etc.). Audit : Lead and facilitate tax audits and statutory financial audits. Manage the preparation of schedules for group consolidation audits Lease Accounting: Review lease calculations and relative transactions to ensure compliance with IFRS 16, maintaining an accurate lease register for all dark stores 2. Financial Control & Reporting Review Trial Balance movements, P&L, and Balance Sheet accounts during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings. Serve as the final reviewer and approver for journal entries within the ERP system, ensuring cost-center allocation. Oversee, review, and approve all intercompany transactions and reconciliations within the Delivery Hero group network. Conduct detailed reviews of Sales and Sales Discount calculations to ensure promotional usage and GMV are reported accurately. 3. Cash Management Prepare preliminary monthly forecasted cash flows . Perform weekly reviews of the cash portion 4. Business Partnering & Operations Lead meetings with Operations, Commercial, and Logistics teams to resolve financial bottlenecks and provide rapid-response data for urgent inquiries. Identify gaps in daily operational finance and implement solutions to streamline the flow of data between the platform, Business and the finance department. Qualifications What did we order? -Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting. -Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or Assistant Manager capacity (E-commerce, Retail, or FMCG). -Proven experience in managing Big 4 audits and tax inspections. - Advanced proficiency in MSD or similar ERP, Excel, Power Query, and a working knowledge of IFRS 16. - Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills for dealing with External and internal stakeholders; ability to work under pressure during tight closing windows.
