Description
The candidate will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, compliance, and strategic decision-making to support business growth of our distribution business and facilities management in Qatar. Key Responsibilities: * Financial Management: Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls for both entities. * Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate financial reporting in line with Qatar regulatory requirements (Taxation and IFRS). * Cash Flow & Treasury: Manage working capital, banking relationships, and cash flow optimization. * Cost & Profitability Analysis: Monitor cost structures, pricing strategies, and profitability of manufacturing and distribution operations. * Internal Controls: Establish strong financial policies, controls, and risk management practices. * Business Strategy: Provide financial insights to management for strategic decision-making.   Qualifications & Experience: * Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CFA, CPA, CMA, or ACCA preferred). * 8+ years of experience in finance, preferably in distribution and manufacturing industries. * Strong knowledge of IFRS, Qatar tax laws, and financial regulations. * Proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools. * Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
