The role ensures accurate accounting, and effective handling of disputes to maintain strong customer relationships and healthy cash flow. Key Role Responsibilities: * Perform account reconciliation and resolve discrepancies. * Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution * Perform cash application and allocation of receipts accurately * Follow up for remittance advice and missing payment details. * Handle customer queries, disputes, and resolve issues. * Prepare daily/weekly/monthly cash application status reports * Prepare reports in excels as per team requirements. * Correct deduction/accounting of in Accounts Receivable Function. * Perform Month-End Reconciliation of AR accounts.   Preferred Experience: * Experience in shared services / GBS environment  * Exposure to automation tools and AR dashboards  * Ensure adherence to SLA and reporting timelines  * Coordinate with business and customers (US/CA region)  * Drive continuous improvement initiatives   Shift Requirement: * Willing to work in US Night Shift   Skills & Competencies:  * 6-8 Years AR Work Experience with good communication skills and Computer knowledge including Proficiency in spreadsheet, word processing & email. * Knowledge of basic accounting concepts. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills  * ERP knowledge (Oracle/SAP preferred)   Education & Qualifications:  * Bachelor’s degree in commerce, or a related field (preferred).
