The AGO Collection of more than 120,000 works of art ranges from cutting-edge contemporary art to significant works by Indigenous and Canadian artists and European masterpieces.
We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager, Administration and Production to join our Education & Programming team. Under the direction of the Richard and Elizabeth Currie Chief, Education & Programming, the incumbent will manage Education and Public Programming Division administration and program logistics and production, along with administrative support to the Richard and Elizabeth Currie, Chief, Education and Programming. They will develop and manage the processes, logistics, metrics and scheduling of all division activities and programs to maximize efficiency and integration. They will offer mentoring and training for other department staff related to production; and contribute to a generative, positive working environment that supports AGO goals of art, audience and learning, and aligns with AGO’s values of respect, openness, collaboration and accountability.
