Schedule & Location Details This position is located at the Indianapolis International Airport and operates: Monday through Sunday (Nights and Weekends) 5:00 AM – 11 PM (Shifts Vary) TARGET START DATE The anticipated start date for this position can range from late June through August, depending on hiring and onboarding timelines. Requirements Requirements Promotes and facilitates the company’s “HEART Culture” Supports the General Manager in daily operations Provides an exceptional overall customer experience Identifies operational issues and coaches team members toward solutions Consistently delivers high levels of customer service and hospitality Motivates team members to exceed customer expectations Encourages sales growth through hospitality and service excellence Assists the management team in achieving positive sales and profit trends Works closely with the team while upholding company values Adheres to all company policies and procedures Becomes proficient in all café operations, including sandwiches, smoothies, specialty drinks, and prep work Demonstrates sound business decision-making skills during uncertain or high-pressure situations Excellent communication and active listening skills Passionate and knowledgeable about food and hospitality Capable of managing a team of 20+ employees Experience with product ordering, food cost management, setting pars, and inventory counts Responds to opportunities and operational needs with urgency Technically proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Supports daily shift execution and operational flow Coaches and develops hourly team members Handles guest concerns and resolves customer issues professionally Assists with inventory management and product ordering Position Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in the food industry Minimum of 2 years of management experience
