Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager, Airport Services, you will be responsible for team success by agreeing, implementing and monitoring individual and team objectives whilst ensuring company policies, procedures, and brand standards are adhered to. You will ensure team member’s uniform and personal appearances are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of information, and protect company assets, as well as be responsible in helping the operation run smoothly, to help team to work together and get the best results. You will also organize the team and its workload and make sure performance is kept to a really high standard, plus develop the team to ensure delivery of consistent performance, adequate product knowledge and being customer-focused, and understand team member’s problems and weaknesses and address them in a courteous and polite manner.
