Krispy Kreme Canada, is looking for hands on, infectiously energetic, motivated, and hospitable Assistant Managers to help manage our location inMississauga, Ontario. As we continue our growth in Canada, we are looking for special individuals who can clearly lead, motivate and work with their team and you should be someone who understands the passion that our fans and employees have for our brand.
The Assistant Manager will report to the General Manager and is responsible for store operations, including overseeing aspects of production, sales, and human resources. This involves developing and working with a staff of professional employees, generating maximum revenue, and ensuring both customer and employee satisfaction. Additionally, the Assistant Manager is responsible for having a thorough understanding of the doughnut production process and maintaining a high level of quality products.
Requirements: Must be a hands on, experienced leader, in a restaurant and/or retail environment as an assistant manager and be able to build teams and develop people to meet a common goal. We are a customer experience retail business and all managers must be available to work all shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $44,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
