As the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for the direct supervision of Respiratory Therapists and support staff as assigned. A key focus of this role involves the coordination and organization of assigned human, financial and material resources to ensure effective program delivery, and the identification and resolution of issues that impact service to the site which may include managing employee performance and attendance matters. In this Assistant Manager position, you will be the first line of contact for assigned staff to resolve problems related to staffing, patient care or other service concerns.
