If you believe in developing a better tomorrow, read on. About the Role The role is focusing on the change management at centralized actuarial model in AIA. Roles and responsibilities Assist the team to establish and maintain robust and sustainable change management process at AIA centralized Prophet ALM model suite which includes ALS, DCS and summary model. Review and provide commentary on ALS Prophet suite coding change requests, as well as the design of the end-to-end operating process. Perform DCS and summary model developments under supervision. Prepare and perform Prophet ALS runs and model developments according to requirements set from supervisors. Perform regular and ad hoc independent model validation upon request under supervision. Streamline regular operating process with digitalized tools including but not limited to VBA, Python and UiPath. Assist Prophet ALS result monitoring and troubleshooting support during production periods not limit to HKRBC, EC, IFRS17, Stress Testing, Capital Planning and SAA. Prepare accurate and automated report and visualization tool to drive new business insight to senior management from data available. Maintain efficient communication channels to business units with the use of regular meeting and digitalized platforms. Other Ad-hoc projects, as required. High quality of deliverables with effective communication. Professional support to business units on model change request reviews and enquiries. Attainment of objectives and adherence to deadlines and procedures of work Accuracy and completeness of work produced. Minimum requirements Education - Degree holder in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related subject. Experience – Minimum 5 years’ experience in the life insurance industry. Skills - Strong communication, technical, and problem-solving skills. Language - Fluent in English is required. Certification/Licenses - Good progress in Actuarial professional examination.
