MSc in Analytical chemistry /General chemistry / Environmental science with 8-12 years (seniors) in relevant field experience in Planning and execution of sample Analysis like Water and Wastewater, Pollution & Environment, Soil, Sludge and Fertilizers, Atmospheric Pollution, Gases, Solid Fuels and contaminant soil testing. Review of test results and data sheets on completion of tests, sampling activity and review of results. Authorization of test reports. Timely validation and documentation of non-standard methods adopted for analysis. Preparation & Review of SOPs Verification of the international and standard methods for new amendments, To ensure that all the records are updated in laboratory for Calibration, Intermediate checks, Standard Consumption, Breakdown, usage logbooks, Environmental conditions etc., and sampling records as per the requirements of ISO 17025. Monitoring the Storage and preparation of the CRMs required for the analysis as per the requirement Tracking the intermediate checks for the CRMs and calibration of the instruments as per the schedule Preparing the control charts and trending of the Quality Check sample. Calibration & Maintenance of the instruments used in the laboratory for analysis as per the set . Updation of requirements of regulatory requirements with respect Specification and modification and amendment of methods as per the requirement. Initiating the Non-Conformances, Customer Complaints, out of specification results – identify the root cause, remedial action takes the necessary CAPA.
