Job Description Graphic designer - Assistant Manager Exp. - 5 - 8 Years Design and develop responsive website layouts using HTML5, CSS3, the Bootstrap framework, JavaScript, and jQuery. Convert wireframes and design mockups into fully functional, high‑quality web pages. Use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for graphics, icons, and UI assets. Ability to design occasional marketing assets like banners and email templates. • Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups using Adobe Photoshop, Figma, or Adobe XD. Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and UI/UX best practices. • Collaborate with back-end developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI designs. Conduct UI usability testing and iterate designs based on user insights and feedback. Optimize websites for performance, responsiveness, and cross‑browser compatibility. Translate user needs and business goals into intuitive and engaging web experiences. • Maintain reusable components, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency. • Implement responsive layouts using CSS3 media queries to ensure seamless user experiences across desktops, tablets, and mobile devices. • Adjust UI components and page structures for different screen sizes through effective use of media queries. • Participate in UX research, user journey creation, and persona analysis to support design decisions. • Analyze user feedback and market trends to continuously improve website interfaces and interactions. • Contribute to website architecture discussions and recommend scalable design solutions. Additional (Good to Have) Responsibilities: • Understanding of PowerPoint designing and video editing, motion graphics knowledge. Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in design
