OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager and Supervisors to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves assisting in the management of daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality are maintained.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant setting is required; fine dining or casual dining experience is a plus.
  • Strong background in food service management, including food handling, production, and safety protocols.
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead teams effectively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Culinary experience is preferred, along with knowledge of kitchen management practices.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with training & development techniques for staff improvement is essential.

  • The location of the jobs are at A&W Gasoline Alley East and in North end of Red Deer.
  • The successful candidate will need to have proper transportation to and from work

  • Training will be provided on a 3 month probation period which includes online and in restaurant training.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies.
