Description Seeking a responsible candidate for providing design solution, building product pipeline, and having good team management experience. Designs should provide superior performance, durability, quality, and serviceability. You will be responsible for requirements gathering, design solutions and CTQ, product validation, supplier management, driving strong manufacturing collaboration, and ensuring adherence to Product and Process excellence standards. Key Responsibilities: • Lead multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines. • Ability to develop new design concepts that meet cost, quality, and manufacturability targets • Experience with standard NPI process tools such as FMEA, DVP&R, APQP, PPAP, etc., • Strong ability to communicate technical information effectively with team members and others in the work group, as well as employees in other units, customers, and suppliers • VAVE execution, Cost Reduction experience Qualifications: • Requires an accredited Mechanical/Plastic/Polymer/Production degree with sound knowledge in design. • Expert knowledge of Solid works, AUTOCAD and GD&T • 6+ years of work experience in product development and delivery. • Excellent IT skills with usual Office packages (e.g., Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Skills & competencies: • Responsible for designing and providing design solutions for Aliaxis product portfolio. Responsible for planning and delivery of projects. • Responsible for drawing and BoM. • Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationship and collaboration with Manufacturing, Marketing teams and Suppliers, building consensus and ensuring product is developed first time right. • Ensure project documentation, change request management and adherence to product development process. • Drive innovative mindset and foster continuous learning. • Communication style that is clear, concise, and effective across cultural boundaries. • Be willing to travel aligned to business requirements • Strong communication skills – oral and written Ashirvad Pipes has been the benchmark of quality in the Indian water management industry since 1998.
