Job Description Job Description Role & Responsibilities: Candidate shall be responsible for Solar Project Development, which shall include day-to-day liaison with various State Government Authorities for project related approvals Approvals and Permits: Planning, preparation, submission & getting various approvals/ permits from concerned State Govt Authorities like State utility and state energy department. Follow up and co-ordinate with state level teams for updates on daily basis. Close coordination with Land team and Project team. Responsible for documentation related to approval and permits for all projects. Preparing & maintaining MIS of Approval & Permits of all Projects. Ready to travel at Project location, if required Qualifications Qualifications Educational Requirements: B.E. or B. Tech or LLB along with MBA from any reputed institute shall be preferred. Advanced degree or professional certifications in related fields. Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant & prior experience in Solar Project Development (Approvals and Permits related) Technical Expertise: Shall have strong liaising skills at state level agencies and thorough understanding of policy and regulations Understanding of relationship management with clients, Govt officials, interdepartmental communication, andother Thorough understanding of the functioning of Solar Park Projects and O&M Understanding of relationship management with clients, Govt officials, interdepartmental communication, andother Regular visits to project sites, Govt. departments like DISCOMs for streamline/resolution of JMR / permits/ approvals/ credit reports etc. Preferred Attributes: Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and authorities. Experience with international solar projects and standards. Strong leadership and team management skills. Software skills - MS office, MS Excel (hands-on), writing letters, understanding of sale deed and TSR related matters.
