Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Process Design & Optimization: Develop, implement, and refine assembly processes, workflows, and layouts for new and existing products. Quality & Troubleshooting: Analyze non-conformances, resolve production issues, implement corrective actions, and conduct quality checks. Documentation & Standards: Create and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, flow charts, PFMEAs, and control plans. Tooling & Equipment: Specify, design, and oversee the installation of fixtures, tooling, and new equipment. Team Support & Training: Train assembly teams, support production leaders, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards (ISO, IATF).
