Good Burrito Co in Manheim, PA is looking for an assistant manager to join our team! What’s a burrito without the tortilla?! The assistant manager wraps it all up to make sure Good Burrito stays together and doesn’t fall apart. No one likes rice and beans in their laps, we want you to help the restaurant stay neat and clean and run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • All responsibilities of the Crew Member
  • Opening and closing the store, locking up at the end of the day
  • Train, coach, and develop employees and team leaders
  • Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service
  • Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are me
  • Issue refunds and/or complimentary gift cards
  • Handle issues with staff and customers
  • Ensure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are followed
  • Ensure appropriate inventory and ordering systems are in place
  • Updating Inventory
  • Communicate with Vendors
  • Planning ahead for catering orders

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
  • Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused restaurant
  • Strong time-management skills
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and organize
